I have recently switch my entire business over to hvlp and am exclusively using Renner products, meaning I am a total amateur at spraying finish. I really dove in head first, in what I would call an irresponsible way, and if it weren’t for timberlane constantly picking up my phone calls to answer my questions and talking to me for 30 min at a time, this whole switch to hvlp and Renner products, I am sure, would have gone very poorly. Harvey, in technical support, enthusiastically answers all my questions and talks me through any issues I may be having. It has made the switch pretty much seamless and I can’t thank Harvey and the whole team enough. They also ship really quickly too. I will be ordering exclusively from timberlane from now on.
