Unique double-orifice atomizes the coating twice – each time finer than the first to achieve an ultra-fine finish. 28 fan pattern/orifice size combinations are available. 5000 PSI (345 BAR)
PLEASE NOTE: When using the fine finish, small orfice tips like the TriTech Ultra Fine Finish, you will need to use the new blue 150 mesh filters for the 06 orfice and the 100 mesh for 08 orfice. These tips will clog very easily when using any other filter.
- Some basic coatings will likely not go through them – be sure to use finely ground high-end finishes. Most Italian coatings have super fine ground ingredients including Renner.
- Clean the tip very well, if paint dries inside the orifice it will be difficult to remove, especially two-part products.
- Tighten the tip guard a little extra, it’s difficult to push paint through that small of an orifice, at 1500 – 2000 PSI the paint will take the path of least resistance.
Keep in mind that some of the really low-end Graco sprayers may not have the torque to push paint through these tips effectively. Pump pressure may need to be higher than normally used.

Best tips in the industry. No other tip has the quality of Tri-Tech.

Graco 395 ultra is having a hard old time pushing paint through the 06-08 orifice tips. 3k PSI to alleviate most tails. This could be because i have need to replace my seals but normal graco fflp tips of the same orifice work fine. Ill be trying out a bigger 695 graco and see how it goes but these do a great job and put out a fine finish.

I’ve done a side by side comparison with these tips vs 2 other popular manufacturers and the tri tech ff tips lay down a noticeably finer finish. I am using a graco 490 with the 308 and the 208 , with the 100 mesh filters and have no issues whatsoever with clogging or pressure. I am really happy with my purchase.

The 206 tri tech tip is a game changer. Very light mist that lays down beautifully.
